Skyrim who is the skooma dealer

Give her a minor potion of healing , and you will find out about her Skooma addiction and start the series of objectives. Go to Mistveil Keep and tell the Jarl about the Skooma dealer. She'll then give you the key to the Riften Warehouse. Go the Warehouse near the docks outside the Riften gates.

You'll immediately be attacked by Sarthis Idren and Orini Dral. Kill them and loot a key off of Sarthis. Go downstairs in the warehouse and use the key to open a locked door.

There's lots of Moon sugar and Skooma in here for the taking. Look on the table for a note, "Shipment's Ready", take it and read it.

Return to the Jarl to report on the source of the Skooma. She will ask you to follow up on the source, and will make a promise about "earning a title". Next you will head to Cragslane Cavern and clear it.

I've killed Sarthis Idren, found the note, told the jarl, and she sends me to clear Cragslane Cavern. When entering the cave, the quest updates to 'disrupt the skooma operation' or something along those lines.
