Where is blocking mode

I have a Note3 Any suggestions? Thanks Steve. I have set blocking mode on from 11 PM until 8 AM. In the morning, after 8 AM, my phone is always muted. I have to turn sound on if I wish to hear any calls or notifications every day. This needs to allow use to tell it to pick up and hang up. My samsung galaxy s3 keeps going to block mode. When I do turn off the block mode its fine till I put it on the charger the it puts block mode right back on please help!!

When he calls he goes straight to voice mail. Can anyone help??? Pls help me. When I get a phone call from my allowed contacts when SIII is in blocking mode, the phone will only vibrate which is no good to me as I want to be able to hear it. How do I set this so allowed contacts will ring, not just vibrate? How do I not only block a caller from my galaxy S4 but also not allow them to leave a voice message? Is that possible? My Galaxy note 3 keeps removing my daughters name from my Allowed contacts list.

I re-add it before bed and then when I wake up her name is gone. Ita so frustrating coconsidering she is the ONLY person in truely need to hear from at night.
